Wholesale spring onions
One of our star products, November to April.
Spring onions (cebolla tierna) are harvested before the bulb fully matures, so they keep a mild flavour and a juicy texture. Both the bulb and part of the green stem are used.
They are one of our star products. The season starts in late October or early November and runs until late April.
